As an artist coming from Middleton, it is great to be asked to create a piece of artwork which will go up on the front of a local pub. It is an even bigger privilege to create an image of local hero Lee Rigby who was tragically taken to soon.

The picture I created is now on show on the front wall of The Gardeners Arms, Hollins Lane, Middleton, Manchester which is visible for traffic and passers by.

I feel this is a great tribute to Lee and his family and I am very happy that Val (Pub Landlady) asked me to create it.

Val regularly helps raise money for different charities including the Lee Rigby Foundation.
