Trauma

Sometimes the eyes can say more than the mouth.. This picture started off as an experiment as I was playing with the image of the eye & wanted to create something entirely different – this was the end result. I often think that when I create art that I unknowingly reflect how I feel at the time (on reflection this is true in a lot of cases).

Research shows that trauma never goes away & can actually remain dormant for years, even decades, but it can be managed. I put the word ‘Trauma’ on the image to enhance the stress shown on the eye, but also put the words ‘you are much more’ on as a reminder that there is always hope.
